Eduardo Toromayo, en representaci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y Agua (MMAyA), el Director Ejecutivo de la UCEP MI RIEGO,\u00a0 Ing. Juanito Aranda y los productores agropecuarios de la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Regantes y Sistemas Comunitario de Agua Potable y Saneamiento (ANARESCAPYS), encabez\u00f3 una importante Marcha concientizando sobre si uso adecuado y un acceso justo.
